A few months ago, we had the pleasure of hosting Erb Photography and the writing staff of Foodies of New England magazine, as they put together their summer feature on New England steakhouses.

We were thrilled to talk with them about how Demeters is honoring the tradition of great American steakhouses, while breathing new life into the steakhouse formula to accommodate 21st century diners. The article includes gorgeous spreads of popular Demeters dishes, including the cowboy ribeye, oysters Rockefeller and yellowfin tuna tartare.
