Steakhouses have a long tradition of serving great seafood, and we’re lucky to live in New England, home to the greatest seafood in the world! Beginning May 24th, we’re welcoming the Seacoast summer with new seafood options to celebrate our New Hampshire food heritage.
For starters, Chef Gary is bringing his signature crab cakes to the appetizer menu garnished with arugula pesto and red pepper emulsion. Top Neck clams will join the pasta lineup, served over spinach and basil fettuccine with a lemon, garlic and white wine sauce.
Our new seafood entrées will showcase Maine’s best with a roasted whole redfish dinner, as well as lobster salad with friend green tomatoes and lemon champagne vinaigrette. On Wednesdays, you can enjoy butter poached shucked lobster with fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus, available by 24-hour reservation only.
Don’t forget, where there’s surf, there’s turf! By popular demand, our plated entrées will feature roasted lamb rack with wild rice pilaf and raspberry vincotto. And don’t forget to ask about our daily selection of butcher cuts and prime chops.
